Wonderful shot! A 20 min exposure? OMG. What was the f-stop? 32? I cannot fathom how the picture is in perfect exposure.

These are the settings I used for the shot:
f/4 @ 1254 secs
ISO 400 17-85@17mm
You just need a clear night and a steady tripod.
